Urban Oasis

The principal Bedroom was designed to create a relaxing ambience by focusing on scale and elevated pieces of custom quality furniture all in soothing soft tones. The zen mood of the bedroom is established by layers of texture and harmonious colours in the bedding, pillows and carpet

The Den was inspired by the custom wood built-ins and the brick fireplace, rich earth colors were chosen to compliment the tones of the wood and brick with references to nature in the artwork and upholstery fabrics. Contemporary clean lines of the furniture were mixed with the tufted leather of the ottoman to blend the traditional elements of the room with an updated look. Stylish armchairs were designed with hidden reclining features so the homeowner doesn’t have to compromise comfort with style.

The Sunroom carried on the nod to traditional nostalgic elements combined with contemporary clean lines to reflect the homeowners’ eclectic tastes. The colours used are all soft warm neutral tones greys, creams and yellows, so the eye is forced to look outwards to nature. Swivel chairs are used for easy pivoting for birdwatching.
