At Bennett’s we truly believe in offering the lowest prices in the industry. Therefore, we offer our customers a 30 day Price Protection guarantee.
We work hard to negotiate everyday great value for our customers. When we promote an item it is usually brand new product that no one has purchased yet. On the rare occasion that we advertise something that has previously been purchased, we offer our customers a 30 day price guarantee against own prices! Certain conditions apply.
Bennett’s guarantees the lowest price on identical merchandise. If one of our competitors tries to beat our price, we will match any price by an authorized dealer in Canada. Certain conditions apply.
- Furniture item must be identical in brand, model, fabric/finish, size, weight, construction and quantity.
- Mattress sets must be the same size, brand name and model.
- The lower price must be published and valid at the time of the price match. You must present Bennetts with valid proof of the price, such as a complete paper advertisement, formal quote, online validation or a website address. We reserve the right to verify any lower prices presented to us.
- This item must be available for immediate sale and must be advertised on identical terms (eg. assembly required vs. fully assembled, custom order terms and consitions, full in-home delivery offered).
- Valid proof must be presented at the time of your order.
- 30 days starts from the date of purchase.
- Proof must be from an authorized Canadian dealer. Shipping and delivery fees will be considered part of the price matching process, when comparing to retailers outside of Bennetts’ regular delivery areas, to account for regional differences in freight and handling.
- Bennett's does not price match products sold by retailers outside of Canada.
- Items advertised as limited quantity, damaged product, refurbished/used, liquidation sales/clearance, floor model or close out inventory.
- Product sold without warranty.
- Free items, or items promoted as buy-one-get-one-free or gift-with-purchase items.
- Typographical or other pricing errors.
- Mail-in offers and instant rebates.
- Out of stock items.
- Items sold by resellers, marketplace sellers or third-party websites.
- Discounts requiring coupon.
- Delivery, warranty or other service related fees.
- *Certain online retailers are not considered valid "dealers" due to the illegal usage of photography and brand names that misrepresent the products they are selling
If you have already paid the balance of your invoice at the time the price match request is approved, Bennett’s will provide a refund.
